★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the fitness class and it is awesome!! I hate exercising but Greydis made it so fun that it didn't even felt like I was training. The music is great and it keeps you going even when you feel you can't do one more step. Greydis is super energetic and gives you options to choose your level of difficulty. Also super complete, we worked on balance, an coordination, muscle tone, stretchs... Highly recommended for a fun night with a latin twist!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just started going to the fitness dance class. I was a bit apprehensive thinking I would be uncoordinated, but Greydis was super helpful in showing how to do everything. She does 3 different levels with each excercise. The class was fun, the music fab and I'm so glad I went out on a wet winters night to attend it. It was worth it!
