★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GTR .... OK, Gypsy Tea Rooms is dim and cosy and reasonably priced and the staff are personable and the service is quick. It feels like a place where the business is backgrounded and the vibe is the priority, which is uncommon in Auckland today. A great place to hang out, catch up, watch and nibble.
