★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience and knowledge of therapists. High staff turnover, changing therapists every couple of months, now I see even the company name has changed. I didnt get access to my information and told to contact acc instead. The information was poor quality and often incorrect, which was then sent to my treatment providers. Very poor service, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Habit Health this morning to get a pre employment check. The nurse who is an Indian that served me not only is not friendly but with bad atitude and service. The whole experiece of the check up that done by her was indeed very unpleasant. I would strongly not recommend.
