The team ( a very friendly lady Laura, and later Stuart by email) helped me, went extra steps to find the new models that fits perfectly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased pull-out Pantry. Top mount bracket made of fragile plastic so the fixing screws split it. Got replaced through Mitre 10. 3 weeks later, and same result. Tried to get some help from Hafele. Put on hold, and never reanswered.
