★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's nightmare dealing with this guys in moorehouse avenue branch, last monday easter sale we bought a freezer 201 liter for $628 we pay cash plus delivery of $89 . thursday it was delivered to our house but 143 liters . me and my wife go back to NL moorehouse and tell to the manager the issue but the manager said the price that we pay is for 143n liters . is showed the picture of the advertised price but they did not honor . i ask for refund and they do gave us receipt of refund but 6 days past still not in our bank . tsk tsk tsk.

I visited the store today 6/6/22 arround 13:50 pm (the store wasn't crowded). I spent more than 15' in waiting for someone who help me to buy a new laptop. I ask to one of the guys there (the guy by the kitchen appliances) and his answer was, if you have any problem, you can talk woth the manager (Dani) and he didn't even bother to help me find other staff. If you really want to sell, you guys are toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed resulting long waits for service. Floating staff are required to make sales but need to better prioritise those who've been waiting because their service is required to access some products that had they not been locked away would have resulted in a much quicker transaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took almost 30 mins to get someone to help. The guy at the IT dept was very unfriendly when a lovely staff member who finally helped us asked him a question. Very unpleasant customer experience. Giving a 2 star only because of the lovely lady at the checkout who helped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting customer service. Inability to return my enquires regarding my relatively new faulty phone. I recognize that there is failure in technology and that due to the pandemic and other global issues parts may not be available. That said, I purchased a phone less than 3 months ago that's faulted with zero communication regarding a solution. It's incredible frustrating the promises of contact is so often broken. I have spent more than reasonable time waiting on hold for little more than to be put on hold time after and time. Do not shop at this retailer, if you choose to hopefully you don't get the same experience I am.

They are now telling I made order the next day, I forwarded the email that I got when the order was made. What a joke.These guys are here to cheat customers.
My customer support ticket is open for 4 days, no updates and replies. Stay away from these guys if possible. There are lot better options available in NZ. These guys are the worst
