★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went over there to get my hair cut and bleached today and I've gotta say, I am in love with the results ? It looks just as good as the last time I got it done there earlier this year, if not BETTER! ?
Ladies working there are very lovely with a bubbly attitude. Makes me smile and feel at home whenever we have a chat together ? They also know their stuff when it comes to maintaining bleached hair, such as the type of products to use to retain the hair colour and quality?♂️
Overall, I am absolutely impressed by the service and quality of the finished product ? Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to change their hair up like me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A long process but and a EXTREMELY entertaining hair dying session. The overall vibe and interactions with all staff were very enjoyable. They are extremely easy to approach and have unbelievable senses of humour. Priscilla was ESPECIALLY funny! She was always making sure you were comfortable! Overall it was an unique experience and would definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T RISK GOING HERE!!Got served by "Priscilla". I had shoulder length hair when I walked in here, and ended up with hair above my ears, despite asking for it to be trimmed to jaw line. I was told it was my fault, and she was unapologetic. I am devastated that my long hair has gone, and that I'll have to spend months growing it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priscilla did an awesome job fixing my colour that was not done very well by another stylist. I am so pleased with the end result, she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. She is an asset to Kess hair salon.

Worst haircut I've had in the last 20 years.
Hair was chopped... no comb, no sectioning, just chopped... it was already too late by the time I realised. My hair was almost to my elbows, after that cut to my collarbone, after fixing to my chin.
Worse yet was that it was so uneven, I had to go to a different hairdresser the next day to get it fixed. It was over an inch longer on the right side than the left, the hairdresser thought I had done it myself.
Will never go back again. Gutted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i went in for my eyebrows the women went straight for it and didn’t ask what i wanted. it wasn’t that painful which was good. when she asked if i liked my eyebrows i said yes because i couldn’t see the asymmetry at the time. but when i paid attention to them after they were two completely different eyebrows ? the session was quick. i know she had other people to service but how did she let me go with asymmetrical eyebrows ? i need to get them fixed properly. left one is thinner and arched higher than the left. the left one is thicker and arched lower. i’m disappointed ☹️
