The salad barely filled half the container and the veges were limp and old.
The falafel was soggy and the portions very small . They put hardly any of the 3 sauces I order on... so lacked flavour.
Feeling totally ripped off by the portion sizing.
Worst pita pit I have ever had and I am a frequent customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good fresh wraps and tasty but no point having a pita pit fan card I use to do it all the time thinking ild save and get points but some of the stuff under reward you with points. Checked mine on the app the other day and realised when I should be getting 20 points they would only give me 4 and say I spent $7 when Ild spend over $30 this is the 4th time they have done that. only pita pit I've found that does that other then that staff is nice and good food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who was working the register overcharged me, once I noticed and asked to be refunded she got the amount wrong again and was extremely rude about it despite my best efforts to handle the situation politely. Furthermore, there was a lot of cross contamination between meat and meat free options. Thus, I was not comfortable eating my meal especially once I knew I had also been overcharged for it. Further staff training needed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 23mins in line, ordered teriyaki and got normal chicken. They forgot the combo I ordered on my kids meal. Definitely the slowest lunch you can order at South city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing that the vegetarian options have to be microwaved in order to be truly vegetarian (to be fair I’m glad they checked if I was okay to have my black beans done on the grill as it is used for meat also) meaning that it isn’t as good as it could be if they made room for a grill strictly for vegetarian options. Still decent food, and good service, but wouldn’t be my first choice due to lack of well done vegetarian options.
