โ โ โ โ โ I absolutely recommend this Beauty Salon. Sinead is delightful. I've never been to a hairdresser who spends so much time with me while doing my hair. She never just puts the colour on and then walks away. It's like watching an artist at work!!

โ โ โ โ โ Had a very positive experience here today (26/10/20). Beautiful colour done by Murillo. He also impressed with his blow wave skills. He was very professional and did a great job. The pricing was good, the salon was a relaxing environment and I was able to find an appointment time to suit. I will definitely be returning.

โ โ โ โ โ First time customer, loved my experience. Stylist was knowledgeable and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a really long time. I've only come home to play with and look at a new cut a few times and been genuinely happy with it and this was one of those times. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back for that Dark Cherry colour and possibly a chemical straighten. Your salon is in such a handy location too. Love love love! :)

After searching for a hairdresser, and reading reviews, I decided to go with Kess hair and beauty. I came in with my friend today, and we had Sinead. She was so lovely and did an excellent job on my hair. Iโm very happy with the result. She was so cool to talk to, and very professional. Such a good price too, will definitely be going back!

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience at city kess. I have been served by Zeal.I had the horrible experience with her. She has provided me the facial service which was not great ,will recommend never go to her for the facial especially. Also she has provided me different quote before she started her service and when it was time to pay she asked me more. I was conforming with her politely about the quote amount and she started commenting on my work discounting.She made some rude comments on me and on my work which was ridiculous. She was also rushing while she was doing facial and told me that she have to close the saloon.I was quite regular at the saloon. But not anymore after this bad experience by her. I have also recommended few of my friends at the saloon too but i am just going to let them know about this incident.

โ โ โ โ โ Sharna is my stylist and I will never change, as she is quite literally the fastest, most precise, and kindest stylist iโve ever had work on my hair. Her skills are impressive, she always does such an amazing job on my hair, my toner is always even and she keeps my hair in great condition. Being bleach blonde itโs easy to damage my hair but she has amazing skills and techniques, therefore thereโs never any damage to my hair at all and she always helps me with advice on how to maintain my hairs good condition. I love coming to see her because as well as her skills, sheโs genuinely an awesome person to be around. Sheโs very kind and a great person to chat with. Will always come back to this salon for any service because of Sharna.

Update: To add insult to injury, i received a phone call from KESS who offered to refund the hair cut cost minus $10 for the cost of the hair wash, nevermind the additional cost for me to fix the hair cut and additional time off work (self-employed). Also made it clear that the refund would only be offered if i took down my negative review from Facebook and Google. The salon was not interested in seeing a photo of the hair so i can only conclude they weren't interested in providing feedback or additional training to the stylist either. Terrible.
