★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time. Not trying to be rude but this is the worse eyelash extensions I got - ever. There were clumps of glue on the extensions. The work was a 10 MINUTE work. She made my sister sit at the end of the bed to dry her eyes while I was laying down on the same bed getting my extensions done. My sisters eyes were red for the whole day. We went to our usual extension place the next day to get them removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointing service and quality. Not only are they always short on staff, but the main lady who takes customers during the weekday has poor customer service skills. I went in to get some waxing done, but before I was able to state what I was wanting she cut me off and began waxing. After cutting me off she had put wax on, which was way too hot to begin with, and I now have a large blistered burn on my nose two days out from my 21st birthday - when I never asked for wax on my nose (I'm not even sure why this is an option, it is extremely ineffective and would likely cause more skin issues than it solves). Not only have I come out with an obvious burn on my face before my birthday, but I was CHARGED for it too! While they may be convenient and cheap for most people, I highly encourage potential customers to go somewhere else that takes responsibility and pride in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesnt do waxing properly and chargers alot of money. My suggestion to the staff of hairport is that please remove every hair while waxing, dont leave the hairs. We are not doing it for free, we are paying money so please do it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here off and on for many years as it is convenient BUT really noticed the decline in hygiene in the room where threading is carried out. I had an express facial which was ok and now very suspicious of the sponges used as they had a rank odour. This will be the last time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, inexperienced, waste of money. I had a blow dry, asking for a volume to be given to my hair, I told them many times not to make it flat, and the Asian lady made my hair straight flat! They didnot event compensate and charged me fully $55. This was my first and will be the last time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally come here to get my eyebrows done and am a happy customer they do a good job. However today I got my eyebrows done from a new person who hasn’t done it for me before. She took my whole tip from my eyebrows off ?? I kept telling her and she’s telling me no your eyebrows are like this… women I know my eyebrows… she just didn’t want to admit her mistake so I told her I ain’t paying for it… she called another staff and she could clearly see so told me sorry and yes don’t worry you don’t have to pay.
I will of course go to them but I will definitely not be getting my eyebrows done from her again nope nope nope… and the strange part is there was another lady infront of me who refused to get her eyebrows done from her… sadly that time it didn’t click to me otherwise I would have said no too… if that’s the case it’s better for her to be trained before giving her customers as there’s another one added to the list who wouldn’t want their eyebrows done by her.
Sorry guys wish I asked for her name…
