★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING - PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE??!! On the 30th of December 2021, I visited the salon to get a full hair colour. The stylist RUINED my hair COLOUR and made excuses for my roots turning copper brown and my ends pitch black. On top of that the other stylists claimed there was something wrong with my hair. I broke down in tears and they offered to fix my hair but I was now late for my own personal event. That day I was told when I arrived for my booking at 1pm that I would be finished by 3pm as it was my anniversary however I left at 3:30pm looking UGLY.
I then called the following day and left a voice message to reschedule but received NO CALL BACK so instead I booked online. However the day I went in the store they were closed. Three days later I still did not receive any call back. I went into the new year with a terrible colour and I called them while I was outside the store and she claimed that they couldn't do it that day however the salon was empty. I mentioned I was outside and would speak to her face to face it was then that I learnt the stylist had used 2 DIFFERENT HAIR COLOURS in my hair. Eventually they sorted out this issues but I endured this ugly style well into the new year and the manager DIDN'T even APOLOGISE she simply said when I came in that the other stylist will sort it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hair experience that I have ever had done. i pointed it out to the ladys that work there that my hilights were spotty and they said oh its fine it will fade....lady please this ain't my first ever hilights. I can't even tie my hair up due the hideous job they did. I spent 4hrs there. If ur gonna do a deal just stick to it don't back paddle. I have to wait a month so I can go get it fix else where and spend more ?. Please don't come here. It's been a year + and have redone my hair and OMG I can see the difference between what actual hilights look like and the trash I got here. Please re think coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest and unprofessional owner. Simply put, she was going to charge $109 for keratin treatment, trim, and wash as advertised on Grabone. I have past shoulder - length hair so we agreed she will charge an extra $10- 25 as common practice. HOWEVER, she said her keratin product is superior and my hair is long (it is quite thin) so she charged an extra $56. At the end I payed $165 instead. Watch out, she will milk for more money. She also took photos of my hair without asking for permission first. I'm not a very assertive person so didn't challenge her, but I am completely aware of how I was RIPPED OFF and would like to warn others. An employee named Darleen did my hair and was gentle and professional, so thank you girl!.

Hairdresser are so professional and friendly.
Owner is so humble she gave me good discount.
I highly recommend this place.

Staff were amazing, spent half the day there on Christmas eve and just had such an amazing time, talking and laughing the hours away! Highly recommend the team at Cerizma Hair & Beauty. They definitely do look after you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first experience here and I was ? satisfied. I got full head foils and I must say the outcome was spot on. The stylist Georgina was very professional, polite and talked me through every step in the process. Someone mentioned the salon is a hidden gem and truly it is. Visit the place and you will not be disappointed. All other staff were very polite and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darlene was cheerful, provided consultation prior to keratin process. I have a respiratory illness and needed ventilation ... I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to sit in a separate area and not inconvenience others. I was thrilled with the way my hair took the solution. I enjoyed my experience and even though this visit was a Grab One promo I made an appointment for a facial and hair colour root touch up. Will be making appointment soon for foils. I look for professionalism and knowledge in a One Stop Salon ie manicure, pedicure, massage, facial, hair styling, dying and care. For friendliness, professionalism and knowledge I say they are 100%. Well done ladies... will call soon for foils.
