★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With only a few gestures from us they pointed us in the right direction. As foreigners we weren't able to remember the correct English description, but that didn't matter as they knew the area and knew exactly which attraction could possibly match our charades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in late in Afternoon the staff were amazing the young lass serving us advised us of the many things we could do and also booked us into Waitomo Caves and Matamata (Hobbiton) also tried to book us in to Moari Cultural day but was unable to get through not for lack of trying. The other staff were also interested in where we came from Mackay North Queensland Australia chatting and we all were having a giggle at me trying to pronounce some of the towns. Thank you Guys for your memorable experience in New Zealand just remind the young man there we are the ones my husband said a number while you were counting brochures. Great Experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come in today to purchase tickets. As soon as I opened the door. "2 seconds" and at least 4meters away from me, Robyn greeted me! That is the fastest greeting I've had in my life. It was so great! She was awesome, fast efficient. ????? 10/10 top customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service from Rachel who helped us heaps with loads of information soon after we arrived in New Zealand for a three and half month tour in early November. Half way through we are still using some of the resources she gave us and enjoying this amazing country. This was the beginning of many stops at I Sites around New Zealand and without exception we have had marvelous service everywhere we stopped just like Rachel at our very first I Site. Much appreciated and thank you New Zealand I Sites.

We waited a solid 5 minutes while she appeared to be more interested in giving travel tips to someone on the ihine without even giving a glance in our direction.
Meanwhile, we could SEE the pamphlets we needed with cycling trails across behind the desk!
Thank goodness for Google!!
