★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No kids toys or books rude staff telling a 2 year old to sit still. Don’t tell of a toddler for being bored in a non kid friendly environment. You get paid enough to support all customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the male radiologist very unprofessional. He might good at his job but he's rude, rough and has 0 people or communication skills. So I left and got another appointment with a different clinic for a much more pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was beginning to give up hope that there were nice places for Obstetric ultrasounds in Hamilton. Just had a growth scan with Nikki at 32 weeks, and she was a total doll. The clinic ran to time, which was totally valuable as we have to bring our toddler along.. Nikki was so kind, efficient, polite and informative and we really appreciated the experience. This has been my first positive ultrasound this pregnancy, and I'm only sad it took us getting to 32 weeks before trying Hamilton Radiology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment, returned after 2 hours of waiting to be told it was booked for the wrong clinic and then had nothing available to make up for the mistake. Reception is unable to keep your private information quiet, will loudly announce exactly what you're visiting for. Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend and will not return.
