★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queues I left here and went to the Waikato Hospital and got seen quicker and did my x-ray and there were no charges. It takes far to long to be seen here, you should have more than one Doctor on staff if you are any emergency department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 3 hours at night for my wife's ear to be checked. The doctor said he didn't know what the issue was and to come back the next day to speak to an ENT specialist. We did and there is no ENT specialist here. All this for the low low price of $170 and 6 hrs of our time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dad here as he had heart problems and other things happening to him and we had to pay $69 to get a covid test and then got sent to the hospital as they wernt equipped for what he needed which was fine but we paid them and the hospital is actually free but no refund was given or an option. We would of went there in the first place if we knew they couldn't do anything to help him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in a clinic I've had in my 9 years in NZ. I have waited nearly 6hrs to be seen by a doctor that lasted less than 10mins. And the highest professional fee that I have paid $89. It wasn't fair at all, so many came after me but they were seen by doctors may be in less than an hour or 2. I don't mind waiting 2hrs but 6hrs...Wow, what a ridiculous service. I won't bother coming here again even if I am dying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendid this time. Triage nurse saw me (not much of a sense of humour!). Then the doctor, who listened well, and was decisive and efficient. I received my script, and I was out in under half an hour. Sweet!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 hours and still waiting. Why stay? Cause my kid needs antibiotics. 'It is what it is'.
We knew this incompetent establishment was going to be a painful experience. Lucky WE came prepared.
One doctor on duty, ONE! During a long weekend.
Maybe the hospital would have been a better option.
Keep up the good work Angelsea. Asking patients to be nice is a flaming joke after a one hour wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was advised very firmly by the clinical coordinator that Angelsea will decline health care if you do not comply with wearing a mask, even though I have a mask exemption. They said they do not accept mask exemptions, I was told to go elsewhere if I did not comply. Although, I had already paid for the appointment for my one year old son and had waited over an hour outside (as I was told I was not allowed to sit inside in the waiting room even though there was no other people waiting). I was unaware that an urgent care centre had the ability to deny anyone health care - I was the guardian for my son and they were going to deny a one year old of care. What happened to a duty of care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with my experience at Anglesea. The waiting room was full but he Doctors and nurses were working so hard and were so lovely. My son was seen fast and efficiently. This is the second time I have been here and had a great experience (considering )Great work superheros!!
