★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is weird. After the first visit, I actually liked Hana Akari.
However, when incident happens, I then realised how awful a place this is.
I cancelled one appointment due to having covid-like symptoms. The owner publicly said if you have symptoms, don't come. So I cancelled my appointment.
Miki (the owner) said she will charge me the full amount for the cancellation. I asked her, "if you insist to charge me, I won't cancel, I can still come no problem, do you want me to?" She didn't reply any solutions what so ever. No text, no email reply.
In my next visit, I was suddenly told I was be charged for that cancellation, which was $125 for a service I never received!!! It's extremely not transparent for what their policy is and the owner just wanted to get more easy money by taking advantage of people who's responsible for covid situations.
I feel I was punished for being honest and responsible.
Horrible experience!! Be careful guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miki’s massages are amazing! I’ve been going to Miki for 90 minute deep tissue massages for well over a year and they are the best around, hands down. I’ve tried other massage therapists but none come anywhere close. I was referred by a friend, and I have in turn referred several of my own friends and they all say the same. Miki’s massages are the best! I’m always looking forward to my next one. If it isn’t clear by now, I’d highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to regular massages, reflexology and facials since Miki started in this salon and I'm more than happy every time. My whole family has been to Miki with excellent results and I have recommended Miki to many friends who loved her style and her massage skills ???. I have experienced Miki as a very flexible and generous person, so the previous complaining review is impossible to believe. Miki gets 5.5 stars from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place. I came here 4 times because it's close to my place. The first twice massaging itself was not bad, however, every single time, the massaging was 5-10 minutes short. The very last time I visited, it was 8 minutes short again. I finally decided to speak up and tell Miki that my massage was short, and she refused to admit it. That's just very DISAPPOINTING and RUDE! **I arrive on time every time!!!
One 90 minutes massage is $125, so in long run, it's a waste of money.
To the owner's reply below, I can only say, LIAR can make up anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a voucher for this salon and the whole experience was amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere, the massage was really incredible, I felt so deeply relaxed and could feel the knots in my muscles coming loose. I will definitely be going back!
