★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view from the room but that's it. Poor service ran out of toilet paper oven door broken microwave was sparking bathroom filthy cobwebs and midges stuck to ceiling. If you rent out unit 115 make sure all the above things are fixed. The female host needs to take a host hospitality course

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used the campervan park over facility. Loved it. Lots of room and very quiet. Within walking distance of town. Was only $15 a night. Water tap available. Nice friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tired. Needs a thorough clean - dusting and wipe marks off walls, doors, joinery. Dead flies in bathroom and pink mould on shower curtain. Breakfast was good. Can't check in until after 3pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it is laid back. But clean and tidy which is important. Check in is 3pm which is a little unusual but doors open at 2.30pm and the owners accept check in, even though the sign says different. This is most likely a covid thing. Rooms are well kept and there is a restaurant and bar on site. It is good. The accommodation is little over priced for what it is, but no complaints. It is Christmas so to be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location within walking distance of the town center. Rooms are getting a bit dated considering a night stay is well over $200. The rather large bed we found was 2 single bases and mattresses pushed together rather badly and then poorly made. The shower head was not working properly in the poorly ventilated bathroom. The room did have a large bath which was good. For the price they do need to do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t stay here. This place is disgusting. The room was dirty, food marks were on the walls, dirty cutlery, dust on almost every surface, mould growing on the bathroom windows and ceiling. I don’t think the room we stayed in had been properly cleaned in months!! The carpet is loose and billowing and a major trip hazard. The white towels were so faded they were grey, and smelt awful and like they had not been washed, much like the bedding as well. The premier room was specified as having a king bed but was actually two single beds pushed together. The photos shown on the website are not true and should be taken down or at the very least retaken. When checking in, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, and the reception area smelt disgusting . Definitely not worth the $230 per night price tag. Don’t even get me started on the 5 Stags Restaurant next door and also affiliated with this place - absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable enough. New owners still finding their feet. Charged extra for extra towels. No power point in the bathroom and furnishings are dated. We may not be back this time, though we've stayed twice before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and clean the apartment was after reading a few negative reviews. The receptionist was welcoming and informative and we checked in before 3pm. The beds were comfortable, towels white and fluffy. Huge bathroom and great shower. Lovely views from outside veranda. Some maintenance needed to blinds in bedroom but otherwise no issues. Id stay here again.
