★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a reason the Woolshed Gallery is an absolute institution of Hanmer. The shop is chocka with a range of beautiful NZ-produced garments, wools, slippers, and more. The owner is a delight to chat with and I walked out with a scrumptious hank of possum wool yarn, a velvet soft merino camisole, and some warm woolen tights to wear on these cold winter days!
