★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly i loved every moment of being in Napier it was a last minute trip and thanks to habour view motel they catered to our needs we didnt actually book in we showed us last minute and they catered to us. They also show a park on there site and its a 2 minute walk the scenary from the rooms is beautiful its a beautiful town Napier i highly recomened it. Ngā mihi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to stay again was honestly was well worth the money it was also a Bliss to hear the waves from our room and catch the morning sun thank you so much my girl loved the location swimming ice cream food park picnic area, the rainbow giant chairs the fishing spot the wharf the bakery the little shops a chemist all in one area and the look out and the port loved ever little bit of our stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this beautiful Lodge ??the upgrade was fabulous thank you very much ?the view was amazing,executive studio loads of space separate lounge and bathroom with kitchen very nice the nets, love them beautiful clean room busy beachfront walkway restaurants nearby we will be back??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cheep little room. No ac.ok parking bit of an annoyance cars often parked outside your room. They need to do something about that. Bank door open to east pier. Would definitely come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s suitable for a brief overnight stay but if you’re going to stay longer in the area I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The views and location are right on the money, but the rooms although clean, are in need of a severe facelift. The American receptionist…well she has the personality of a used pan handle…hospitality definitely ain’t your thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a last minute booking and paid $100 for a studio room. After reading the reviews I prepared myself for a disaster but it was quite the opposite. The room was very spacious and had a spa bath. It’s also in a great location close to restaurants. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was friendly. Parking easy. I requested a second floor room which I got. Room 19. A studio. It was big, with a couch, dinning table with two chairs, out door chairs and table, two side chairs, a kitchenette. Bathroom is large with a large spa bath. Overall every thing was clean, and the room smelt fresh.
Location is great with views out into the bay, and there is a balcony to enjoy them from.
A couple of negatives. No extractor fan in the bathroom. A noisy wall mounted fan heater. Several broken window catches. The front door doesn't close tight and whistles with the wind.
But these small negatives hugely out weigh the price I paid for the room. So still definitely a 5 star rating.
