β β β β β John Seibert has been our property manager. I find him really professional and pleasant to deal with. If there are any issues with any of our properties he comes up with great solutions and gets the job done for us so we don't have to worry about it.
My husband and I highly recommend John if you are looking for someone who goes over and above to help and make things easier and worry free.

β β β β β I never knew having a property manager was so easy and convenient. Alexandra Lindsay and Murray Orr has been very professional, friendly and helpful from the get go and made my transition to renting a breeze.
Alexandra was always prompt with replying and acting on my request and concerns ASAP. It has been a great year dealing with Harcourts and I look forward to many more years to come! Angel.

β β β β β Me and my brother had the privilege of taking on our first tenancy agreement for approximately 13 months through Harcourts with Molly Harmen and Grace Rose. Two exceptional professionals in thier respective fields. Very responsive when needed, communication was top notch, and always willing to go the extra mile for me and my brother. It was an awesome opportunity for us to get our foot in the door for a tenancy agreement as its quite difficult when your renting for the first time and have no refinancing. Also I found her co-worker Grace Rose to be competent, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend these two lovely ladies to any prospective landlords, they are just wonderful.

β β β β β Molly has looked after properties for me since she joined Harcourts Accommodation Centre. Molly is accurate in her work, she has dealt with me and my tenants with respect and understanding by responding quickly to major issues and following up on all of the other issues that are part of her day to day responsibilities. Molly impressed me in the way she showed concern for a tenant who was in a difficult situation and she excelled herself when there was a fire at a property. She organised a collection of toys and clothing at Harcourts for a pre-school infant and contacted property managers at other firms to contribute as well. This was an outstanding example of, 'going the extra mile.'

β β β β β Itβs been a great experience to have our flat to be looked after by Harcourts Accommodation Center for the past 4 years. Molly Harman and other staff are always helpful and give professional suggestions, either selection of new tenants or daily maintenance. The new style of routine inspection reporting could give me more information and images. Their detail-oriented attitude helps identify any issues in the property and solve them before they are deteriorated.
