Shout out to Raghuvir whom helped me with a faulty product and got me my job card for replacement in 20min......normally you wait 20 days! He even followed up with a phone call. Thank you to Vari for really taking care of my request and pre order amazing follow up I can't believe this level of customer service still exist. Went for click and collect and they are closing but everyone was soo accomodating to help us from the security to the sales person. Thank you! my husband is very happy for his birthday gift

Excellent customer service, great listening and communication skills. Also same experience at the self check-out, where a young girl with a scarf providedd excellent service. Very happy with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store should be More multicultural. The staff all talk Hindi and Punjabi I understand their language. They all ridicule and gossip customers in their language and laugh out loud. They say benchood a lot which is very rude.
Please hire staff from all ethnic backgrounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a portable speaker had an issues maybe I got a faulty item. Taken it back and refunded hassle free good service with no excuses. Need to improve customer service and staff should speak in English while talking to their colleagues in front of customer so others dnt think they are talking good or bad about customers and it's rude.
