★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It pains me to give one star to a firm that takes a booking for an international flight late at night and does a no show! The price quoted online was about $25 to low from the actual price as I booked via the phone. As it turned out didn’t pay anything due to the cab not arriving in the designated area of international terminal, avoid at all costs!

Will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So stressed about using this company. Never again. Had to be in a pre op appt in hospital at 10am. Booked in advance. Taxi came at 9.56 despite calling and being told another was on its way at 9.40 . Last thing I needed today. If it can't be done don't accept the booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a minivan from West to Town. The van that showed up was pretty sweet, driver was great, played music for us, and van could fit up to 11 people. Quote was very reasonable for the vehicle which is not available to book via Uber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and communication. We pre booked a taxi days before needed, we even called to confirm and received an email confirmation. Once the night arrived, we spent over 30 minutes on hold on to them as they didn’t show up to pick us up, leaving us stranded in Kumeu in the middle of the night. The next day when we communicated this had happened, they said they sent a van to collect a bunch of us that had made bookings, despite us all making bookings to different addresses and there was no communication regarding this. The van also didn’t show from what I’m aware. Definitely recommend ubering or going for a more reliable taxi company as this was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS - do not use the taxi company. They offer fixed prices, only to change them when taxi arrives!!!! (Fixed price was $38, was asking $60 on arrival. Trip was 13.7km)
This was an awful company. Booked cab with a fixed price for early morning pick up. Taxi arrived and we got in the car, the driver then informed me that their internet had a problem & was increasing initial cost by 50%. When I spoke to the office lady, she told me their online booking was not accurate & then proceeded to blame me for not obliging and pay more! What an awful way to start a 5am start!! Please don’t book this service! A good chance this is a misleading & dishonest service, offering an online charge then changing it when people have limited options

I booked a cab online the night prior for a 6am pickup and did not receive a confirmation email as stated. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over an hour before giving up, despite being the "first in line". When I emailed them complaining about this, they stated the dispatch team were done for the evening. So why do they advertise their dispatch team being available 24/7 on their website?? The confirmation email came at 4am (2 hours prior to coming) and the driver ended up showing up at 4.30am instead of 6am??? Clearly did not account for daylight savings. Furthermore, they called on a unknown number. Did not receive a single apology or rectification when I emailed them my concerns but was rather told to book earlier next time despite ALL of this being the company's fault. My parents almost missed their flight because of their incompetency's.
Do yourself a favor and use another company or uber. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle and stress.
