I received the best sales service from Dan, and the best technical set up support from Andy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a laptop that turned out to be defect and brought it back two days later to get a refund. First I was told that a refund could not be issued right away because the computer needed to be checked (even that it was obvious that the error message came up straight away the machine booted). It would be handled on the same day I was told but I did not receive a call back. The same happened on the following three days. I got told that I get a call back. At this point I still don't have the money back or any laptop to work with. Their service is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought a brand new Dyson ball recently have had problem after problem with it we took it in again they gave us a loan one from Napier store I got home an tried it its smelt disgusting im very disappointed with how they treat their customers not gud. We have 4 small children at home an the vacuum smelt like wet soggy rotten toe jams

I absolutely recommend "Naro" his customer service is excellent and he is a credit to Harvey Norman's, they are lucky to have him. I am very pleased with my new products and will return to Napier Harvey's for future purchases. Thank you Naro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photo booth computers wouldn't take sign in for discount VIP offers. Gave up waiting to pay at counter after 15min. Each person I asked for assistance said it wasn't their area. So they stood without costumers and I stood waiting. Eventually went to Warehouse stationery instead who were friendly, proactive and helpful.
