★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Elvis today! Went in looking for outdoor furniture, ended up buying 2 couches. We were so indecisive and couldn't work out if we wanted recliner or normal and he just came along for the ride with us ?
Super knowledgeable about the range and stock levels, great sense of humor and didn't put any pressure on us like some other stores can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are magic. I went in the other day with a hardware issue in a device that i had brought. They went through a diagnostic process with me and then gave me a new unit as a replacement. Couldn't ask for better service than that. It is hard to find that kind of service nowadays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are undoubtedly very knowledgeable, but noone wants to be stalked constantly while shopping. Everyone knows that feeling when you go into a store, and immediately you feel a crosshair on you as multiple staff members make a beeline for you like some kind of hunt. It's so uncomfortable!
Some staff are better than others, they interact with you, say a few words, let you know they are there if you have any questions, then leave you to shop in peace. Some staff just hover! Hiding behind shelves, hands in pockets pacing the Isle next to you, waiting for the moment you so much as touch or mention an item to the person you came with. It would be hilarious if it weren't so awkward.
Noone wants to get caught up in a 30 minute chat about toasters because you made the mistake of looking at a couple on the way to find something you might actually be serious about buying.
Sometimes I walk past stores like these and get buyers excitement when I think of looking at different kinds of dining tables, then from 5 metres outside the store I see sales staff already locking on to me before I've entered the store so I just leave.

The delivery driver noticed some damages on one of the sections, said they let the store know then and there and we should get a call that day to arrange a replacement.
Got no contact so sent an email with the pictures and all the details
I then had to chase another 3 times to get an answer, which was to offer a small discount to the sale price and not a replacement
Extremely unimpressed with the customer service and the way they have approached our damaged couch
I expected a lot more from such a reputable company
