★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to purchase a bed suited to your needs, ask for Andy! He showed great customer service, listened to what I was looking for & showed patience. 5 stars for that part.
The delivery guy however turned up alone, late after 6pm, was about to leave without assembling the king size base and headboard until queried. Said he had to rush back to pick up more beds and would return. Whilst waiting, I ended up assembling it. He did kindly take the rubbish though lol.

Their attitude and sense of humour really made for a great experience.
The shop itself was gorgeously styled leaving a very positive impression on us.

We spent over an hour in the shop, but never felt like we were a nuisance with all of our questions. Andy was able to answer all our questions, he was super knowledgable and professional. He was able to talk through all of our options and work with us to narrow them down. We purchased a new bed for our new home and are super excited for it to arrive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly 10/10 recommend this business if you are buying a bed. It was such an easy process to buy the bed, especially as I was moving from another city and they were so helpful over the phone. Secondly when it came to delivery they went above and beyond. It was tricky round a corner and the railing had to be removed but they persevered and got it upstairs so I’m just so thankful! They also have left me with some tips if I was to move and shift the bed. Highly highly recommend :)
