★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great furniture and home accessories with wonderful staff! I bought a console table which didn’t fit into my car and one of the ladies offered to drop it off to my house on her way home for free. Highly recommend for overall great shopping experience ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop, neat things, bought new sofa, asked about delivery and had Geoff recommended.
My experience with Geoff was fantastic, he was in contact with me to firm up suitable time/date etc, then on the day of delivery too. Nothing was too much trouble, he unwrapped the sofa, put it in place, put the legs on, took the wrapping away and EVEN moved the old sofa out into a storage area for me as well, he was so pleasant and really helpful. Wonderful service, would highly recommend him to others who are needing delivery or moving services. 10/10 Geoff, thanks ?. Believe his company is call 'Maverick', but Nood Westgate have his details. ?

I can't say enough good things about all of the helpful design and decorating advice they gave on top of the excellent customer service! The whole team at Westgate worked together and were really nice. I will be back again soon.

I have always had very positive experiences with Nood. The quality of the products and service have always been excellent. I recently had dealings with the new manager from the Westgate branch and I was thrilled with her customer service. Rachael is friendly, informative and super helpful, I look forward to bringing the family to Westgate once the restrictions are lifted. ???

Lisa is a styling whizz, loved her suggestions on soft furnishings.
Lisa was also kind patient and helpful.
When my sofa was further reduced, again 100% awesome help from Rachel the store Manager. She empathised and presented a win win solution. So happy!!

I went into the Westgate Nood store yesterday for the first time. 2 ladies at the counter talking loudly and buried in their book work to even approach customers or greet them. 5 of us in the store. We all walked out. I went into lazy boy and bought a lounge suite and dinning table. Great quality products and customer service @ lazy boy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to every furniture store in North West and this was the only store where the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up having to purchase from Nood Lincoln road because they had the colour of the chair I wanted but the lovely lady (sorry, forgot to get your name) made sure to call ahead to Lincoln road and check they had stock. Really appreciate the lovely customer service today after a stressful day of shopping.
