I canceled with more than 72 hours notice and they kept $50.00.
They said it's their policy to have 3 weeks notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great site and close location to Hastings (25 min walk to main shopping area) Wonderful pool, jumping pillow and park for kids. You can hire bikes and go karts.
Plenty of clean kitchen and bathroom facilities for everyone. The staff do a great job of keeping everywhere clean and tidy despite the volume of people visiting over Christmas and new year. Nice and peaceful after 10:30pm at night.
The only thing letting the site down (which has nothing to do with the management and staff) are the fellow campers! Some campers enjoy blasting out the same Sons of Zion tracks out for 14hrs a day..which at first is bearable but then becomes very tiresome at 7:30am in the morning ? the pitches are a good size but with family’s liking the huge 8 man tents this leaves little room for much else so again you are close to your neighbours. Like I say this isn’t a reflection on the camp but if you like a little more space and privacy then book two plots and bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude reception/management staff. Lack of communication, lack of commitment for us who just wants to stay. We came to you for help and you disregard us like trash. It's been long enough now that we are disregarding you for your lack communication. Thanks, but no thanks, we booked with another camping ground that's interested in out needs and wants our business. Not happy with your service.
And by going with some of your reviews, pleased we dodged that bullet as we are now hearing of your lack of humane rentals.

Staff/reception were kind to me and my children.
All facilities were spotless the whole 4 nights of Easter I was here.
Well prepared for Easter activities for kids and a perfect pool for toodlers(barriers off from main pool)
I've stayed at 5 top 10s so far and this is my children's favorite (automatically becomes mine)
Staff made me feel welcomed and always said hi when they walked past me or stopped for a yarn. Just a fantastic atmosphere. We can't wait to come back , thank you for having us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, inviting camp spot. Convenient push button showers. Great location to beach / wineries/walks and perfect onsite pool for small area size.
Sites were a little crammed - best for max 4 people per site but everything else made up for it. Thank you for a lovely stay x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic stay at this top 10. We enjoyed staying near the stream, nice and private. Lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only wee thing that would be better would be if bathrooms were a bit closer to our site. Had to walk a wee way for the toilet
