★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not the best experience I have had. There were many obstacles along the way, from waiting on suppliers for t-shirt, to printer breaking down. Along the way, I only received 1 phone call, the rest of the time I had to follow up or turn up at the shop. The issue here is that they promise a certain date and then have a reason it cannot be done. Even today when I was told my item would be definitely ready, I turned up and it still wasn't done. Can I wait 30 minutes? I do not think I will return here. It wasn't fully their fault but my advise is under promise over deliver. Don't say next day unless you can deliver it. They were kind and gave me a free print, but after 5 times of being disappointed it was little comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested 5 tees to be screen-printed + small embroidery on the back of the tee. Provided all designs for font and print as well as paying a premium for expedited service during a "busy period". Gave explicit instructions on size of print with reference points on tee attached. However, end product was completely off what we requested about half the size. Additionally, the embroidery on the back was done with a different font to the one we provided. Very poor and not worth the amount we spent whatsoever ($200). It's also clear as day he's making fake emails and leaving himself positive reviews after negative ones. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have been in business for sometime now and know what they are doing. Still the cheapest I could find for embroidery. Just be sure to double check everything before confirming. Easy staff to deal with. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE HAT TRICK LYNNMALL!! Incompetent. Dishonest. Complete waste of time & money. Had 10 prints done on face masks & only ONE turned out fair & reasonable after they admitted doing the actual work on it - neglecting the same attention to the rest.
Images were all same format, yet no communication made with issues on making them all with a consistent satisfactory look & finish. Such a pathetic job it looked like cheap stickers were stuck on them, and the cut around a simple half circle shape was rough & untidy you'd think a toddler did it!
Went back to allow them a chance to rectify their work & there was no attempt of a solution - just a straight "nothing can be done" & MAYBE a $20 refund? For prints we paid over $100 for, not to mention the masks we couldn't recover worth $50 because they said it can't be removed - but after speaking with the boss, she said they actually can remove it but will have to wait a few days?? We stayed there disputing their poor work & EVENTUALLY (after many calls between the worker and boss) got a full refund for prints PLUS reimbursement for the masks they ruined. Will be avoiding them in future. Went to another print place round the corner called Max Prints and they were amazing. They charged less and the work was so much better.
