They did not have cotton filled pillows, otherwise one can find a lot for bed and bathroom.

Disgusting service! Have waited 19 days now for a delivery. Their courier has lost it but I am told that until their courier finds it I cannot have a refund! So here I am sitting out of pocket with no goods nearly a month later. And when I email customer services I get shirty one line replies like heres the tracking number which when clicked on shows me nothing! Won't be trusting this company ever again.

Good selection but TERRIBLE service. I made it clear that I would like to pay one item in one card and the rest on the other card. She replied with OK. But then she asked me how much cash I want to pay, then i explain to her again what I want, then she want on an ask me if I want to half the payment between card and other payment then is completely unrelated. After explaining to her more then 3 times she finally delete of that 1 item an made a new transaction for it and roll her eyes at me. I bought a few items and she didn't even offer a bag where as the ppl nxt to me, they got offer bag immediate with purchasing 1 item. THE WORST is, even I asked for a bag nicely. She took a plastic old packaging BAG OUT FROM THE RUBBISH and put my purchase it in. How amazing.

Nothing against Bed Bath & Beyond but the service by one of the employee at their Lynnmall store was horrible. The elderly lady at the checkout was really racist, was waiting at the checkout but she just ignored me although there was no one apart from me.

Great service and lovely staff who always do their best to help customers, especially when they are short-staffed and trying to do many things at once! I'm sure I'll be back to shop here again! :)

We visited store earlier today around 12-1230pm, store was empty and there were 2 staff talking to each other over the counter, they had no time to acknowledge us. We even when we went close to towards the counter they refused to acknowledge us and continued chatting amoung each other. We were there to buy seat cusions but received no help and we ended up buying it somewhere else. I would have not left this review but I know someone is paying rent and bills to this place. Hope they get this message and hope they recruit some better staff.

The owners of this store must treat their employees terribly. The staff there today seemed disheartened & disinterested. In turn it seems that they are treating their customers exactly the same way. After standing at the counter for a while I noticed the 2 lady’s standing & chatting in one of the isles. When the younger one finally approached the counter I said hi and she ignored me & began dealing with a refund for another customer. The older lady didn’t come over to serve either instead heading out to the back of the store. After a while she came back out n returned to one of the isles. My partner then went and asked if she could serve us & she begrudgingly came over and took all of 60 seconds of her time to sell me a $150 pillow. People like this shouldn’t work in retail. The tragic thing is they the old lady is teaching the younger one all of her bad habits.
