★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to McDonald's bought a filet o fish combo. It is really chaotic. I received a cheeseburger I don't really eat beef. The person who is serving should double check the order number or staple the order number to the bag before giving it to the customer. I never got filet o fish. The manager need to sort this out. Really hectic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service this morning not only towards me but alot of other customers were waiting for a long period of time with orders being forgotten about and customers leaving unhappy. This morning I made a simple order for two packets ok chicken bites for my girls. A ten minute wait just to say here is a refund we don't do chicken bites until after 11. I was like well why take my order and my payment over the counter and not notify me this from the start? . I waited the first 5mins went up the manager on said to me hold on I have to cook them then 10mins later as all these other orders got called out I went upto the manager just for her to say we don't do chicken bites until after 11 ? and giving my $5 back I'm like what?? I wasted this time for nothing and ended up leaving to go somewhere else.
