★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived very late at night after ferry delays to a lovely warm unit with all electric blankets turned on - it was the best service! Lovely unit, immaculately clean and very comfortable beds.
Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet but close to everything.
Wonderful hosts who couldn’t do enough to help - great experience and we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the motels on two occasions and each time was excellent. The motels are set in a beautiful park like setting, close to restaurants, cafes and supermarket. They are well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
On our return visit the owners were very helpful copying, printing and emailing a long legal document and they refused to accept any extra money for this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy quiet motel in beautiful gardens. Very friendly and helpful hosts. However,the bathroom was very dated and the placement of the toilet made it very difficult for my 6'4" hubby to use sitting down. No room for his very long legs. ? We did enjoy our stay in Havelock...thank you for organizing the Pelorus mail boat trip... thoroughly enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of five couldn't have found a better place to stay than the the Havelock Garden Motel, the amazing garden setting made for a tranquil and relaxed night's stay, we will definitely be back here. The location of the motel was perfect, right in the middle of town but set back off the road ensured a quiet and peaceful stay, the nine new ducklings was an added bonus for the kids, and the recommended 'Waterfall Walk' was just what we needed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx.
