Apparently "servicing customers directly or through a distributor network" (as stated in the "about us" portion of their website) does not mean they sell to the public, so why bother saying "servicing customers directly" and thus waste their time?
Just to rub salt in, they provide incorrect address to their distributor, and when found, distributor tells me, I'd have to go back to HCB to collect.
Now we know what happened to the Keystone Cops when they stopped making silent movies.
I can only surmise Andy's review was referring to a neighbor.
If I could put a no-star, I would.
