Not really my scene (I prefer a barbers), but undeniably good at what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Headfirst, easy to book, Lesley was lovely and Kelsie made such an amazing improvement to my hair, she knew exactly what I wanted but was really clear and great at communicating what she was doing which was so appreciated. I had a bit of a mix up with the time of an event but Lesley and Kelsie made sure I was out of time and was not a big deal at all to them. So nice to have customer service that excelled. Hair salon I have been looking for since arriving in Tauranga 4 years ago!
