Our bodies hold memory…of the strength and illness and movement and trauma that has shaped our path in life…
When we experience changes in our lives and work, the balance of how we move, rest and hold ourselves, alters and sometimes causes ache and tension. While this is something that our bodies tend to redress naturally in the fullness of time, at times, that balance is not easily reset. This is when we need the outside manipulation and stretch of muscles to help ease us back to a place of comfort.
