β β β β β I went into store and asked for some magnesium or similar to assist with sleep. The staff member recommended βMagnesium Citrateβ capsules which I have been taking before bed for two weeks now. Have just discovered their main use is as a LAXATIVE. This was not on the jar or mentioned at all by the staff member. Would have been better seeing a pharmacist or even supermarket. Might have got more sleep or at least a few less midnight RUNS to the toilet. Staff are making recommendations and clearly do not have good product knowledge.

β β β β β Whilst shopping at Sylvia park, I had lost my mask, so I approached the lady at the counter of health Essence, my thinking being a health shop they would have masks to help with combating Covid, but alas though she had masks, the standard medical ones you buy at the supermarket for a couple of coins, or direct from China a couple of dollars for a carton. She charged me $2 yes a health shop with a responsibility to help stop the spread of this virus, would have been happy to see me or any other walk out of the shop unprotected against this virus, the money isnβt the issue here itβs the principle, not everyone can afford to buy a single mask, when I asked why charging for what should be a free service as it is elsewhere, she then had the audacity to say I also sell 10 for $10 ?, I went to 3 establishments within the shopping complex, to see if this was a standard procedure, and ask if they had a mask as I had lost mine, all handed over it for free.
Claiming to be a health shop with what you would think a duty of careβ¦ no not here it isnβt.
