β β β β β A very very big thank to David Hubbard for his outstanding customer service. He went over and above my expectations to get my phone working properly again then personally dropped it off on his way home as I was going away and couldn't get back to the store in time. A genuinely great and trustworthy person to deal with - he turned me back into a Samsung fan again! I will also mention that his colleague Renee was lovely to deal with and did her best before handing my challenging problem over to David. Thanks again and keep up the good work guys!

β β β β β Very poor service from this store. We bought a brand new Samsung flip phone from Vodafone store just across the Samsung kiosk. The Vodafone salesman took the phone to the Samsung kiosk for some help on the new phone. The salesman there AMAN PRASAD was very rude in saying we are not obliged to help you if you have bought the phone from somewhere else. We are very busy now come back some other day. There was another guy at the Kiosk who really came forward to help us but Aman stopped him in doing so. He said let them wait or they cancome another day. We went back to the Vodafone store and all the people came and took an hour to figure out how to fix it, and eventually succeeded. All in all very poor and rude service from Samsung guy. I told him that we bought a new phone now and I have been using Samsung from the last 11 years, and I dont deserve this attitude. I had actually taken one of my friend to buy this new hand set.
