About Health In Motion
Brain, Heart and Gut are the centring 3 Dan Tien regions and their balance brings us back to health. In this seminar we will explore the unity of the 3 regions and 3 midlines, learn about structure and function and deepen into embryology.
We will be using a sensitive touch to contact the Brain, differentiate and sense the neural matrix and potency.
The Heart Brain, developed together, has an intricate network of neurons, neurotransmitters and a unique blood flow. The physical and energetic Heart plays an extraordinary role in our lives!
The communication between Gut and Brain is well known. The information exchange happens via the Vagus nerve, our longest cranial nerve and most extensive neural networks in the body. The vagus is the major contributor of parasympathetic control and in doing so, regulates our stress and trauma response.
In this postgraduate course we will look at structure, function and potency of brain heart and gut and how it relates to clinical practice. This course might be useful to help patients who lost connection to their centre, feel out of balance, suffer anxiety or stress, have nervous system or gut issues.
This course is open to all BCST practitioners.

Practice of Qi Gong and experiential meditations to enhance our awareness and felt sense will be part of the daily schedule.
