β β β β β I am appalled with the lack of communication,! It's been well over a month since I have received any support worker come to me. I rely on their support to do the basic life support and because of this I'm unable to live a good life. I've been on the phone crying and pleading for something to happen. The staff say they'd get back to me but they don't! My lease of life is shortened because I am unable to get the right support I need! It's horrendous! ??????
