β β β β β World class service for planned medical care referred by GP, Specialists, Emergency hospital treatment by Ambulance or Helicopter. I guess if you arrive at A&E for normal GP treatment you may wait many hours for medical care. Hutt Hospital A&E department is for emergency treatment not to replace Emergency GP's or 24/7 GPs Practices!

β β β β β Incredibly rude the lady at A&E reception. Also ended up being told to go to after hours as there's a 5 and a half hour wait and they're at capacity.

β β β β β Daft muppets only went with 10% of what was supposed to be done, resulting in my wife needing to get another referral from her GP, starting the months wait again.
This is stupid bureaucracy for the sake of statistical boasting about procedures completed.

β β β β β Nurses doing initial vitals are useless. They talk down, don't think your case is serious. Took my son there 3 weeks ago. Nurse wrote down "gastric pain" after my son explicitly said chest pains. Waited 6hrs after that to see a doctor. Had to go back two days later to see a cardiologist. Waited again at A&E for 5 hours, even though our GP referred us. Ended up being Pericarditis.

β β β β β Have been in Hutt Hospital from 13th May and have been very impressed with the Quality of the Meals, Breakfast ,lunches and Diners. I have been in and out of Hospital over the last 5 years and the standard has improved immensely so congtatulations to all those involved in creating the menus and creating the delectable food that you are now providing to your clients.

β β β β β Been to the hospital twice since covid, useless. Making a big deal out of nothing, went at midnight and they told me that my daughter of 15 has to wait in the car. Went back at 2.30am without her and waited 6 hours which means my daughter would have waited in the car for 6 hours. Disgusting. It was empty.
Then I got my paperwork saying I was seen at 4.30am, I was seen at 8.00am. So not only are they lying about being busy they are lying about the times you get seen. All because of "covid"
