★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordered from here, sadly unimpressed. The pizza base was slightly undercooked, and the whole thing was barely warm when we received it. As a result it felt as though we were eating a plastic pizza, not enjoyable in the slightest. Garlic bread was colder still, which made it equally average. Not sure we'll be back.

Many orders sitting on the benches and around the kitchen when I arrived on time to pick up the big order for my family and extended family. I saw the food sitting there on the bench with nothing keeping it warm, while the doors were open and the winter breeze ran through the kitchen. I asked the two peoe behind the counter if the food would still be hot and they said yes bro of course. 10mins later at home, 3 rubbery cold pizzas and soggy sides including soggy prawn horns and soggy corn nuggets. We were all a bit annoyed we spent good money on a terrible dinner.
I must say, I usually love hells pizza and talked my family into getting it, which is why I was so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast! We love their pizza, one of our favour fast food in the shore. Always fresh and the staff is very friendly. You can order and pick up in a few minutes. The delivery fee tho could be a bit cheaper. But sometimes we can get some great deals. Great pizza in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went and got our pizza wheel pizzas which made my boys happy. One normal cheese and one dairy free. Can't say I am a fan of the dairy free cheese alternative though. Though don't know if there are any better cheese alternative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a true disgrace i ordered a donut and in return i got a loaf of bread!! What the hell?! (Joke because the place is called hells pizza) but still i HATED IT i had 3 holes in the bread and i think worms are going inside PLEASE fix the problem! What is wrong with you Chef!??? my uncle almost chocked on it! Next tome add a glazed donut so my uncle can eat it without problems! Please make a disability safe donut.
