★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely customer service and exceptional pizza. I ordered a delivery quite late at night on a Monday and the manager was so kind as to tell me that my order was runni a few minutes behind but it arrived as soon as I got off the phone with him! Pizza and sides are great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a salad, found a pube looking hair in it. Went back and was refused a refund?? Offered a voucher instead (why would I want to go back after that). The worker took the piece of hair out of the salad and offered it back (not a joke though it’s a laugh cause who does that)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been getting the spirit pasta and lamb shank and mash for a long time but the last two times we've been disappointed with the dry pasta witch used to be nice full and creamy, lamb shank used to be full of gravy peas and two nice sizes scoops of potatoes and tender shank ,but lately hardly no gravy little scoops of potatoe and dry shanks ? specialy with the amount of money you pay ,you expect to get a good meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buffalo and wedges were so good, my sister ordered a custom pizza. At first the delivery driver went to the wrong address but that's ok we know these things can happen! And the pizza was still hot when arrived so thank you for great pizza ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We often get Hells via online. The odd time we have tried over the phone was a disaster with confusion and bad service. We have been in a couple of times and the face to face service was really bad. We gave them one last chance and went into the store the other night, we were greeted by some wanabe gangster, rude, dissmissive and could care less if we were there or not. We won't go again. Pizza is always nice when they dont stuff up our order and ordering over the internet is the best. Anyway to order without having to deal with these guys is the best way. I'd rather just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivered late without notice. Uncooked base. Tasted like dirt sometimes and mouldy cheese others. Really disappointed, used to love pizza from this place. Maybe a once-off bad experience, I certainly hope so.
EDIT:
We complained to the store about the late delivery - they offered a snack pizza, which was nice.
BUT when we complained about the uncooked and strange tasting pizza we recieved a very rude phone call from the store in which we were assured that they never get complaints, there's nothing wrong with the pizza and they don't want our buisness anyway.
Shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribs were yum and so was pandemonium pizza however my family felt the chicken wings were not so great because the chicken had no seasoning it was like boiled chicken with lots of sauce over it.
