★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer of newlands hell pizza for years and have repeatedly put up with constant mistakes on orders and delivery times. Unfortunately enough is enough and clearly management can't fix these problems. Why have a customize option for pizza's if your not going to make as requested? Clearly your unprofessional staff dont care about customer service, does management?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, consistent pizza. I have coeliac disease and haven't had any reactions so far ordering gluten free which is impressive, One of the few places in wellington I can order from without having to worry.
Delivery has been pretty much bang on 30 minutes, sometimes less, and food has always arrived hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I ordered some pizza tonight and when they were delivered, we realised that the topping from one of our gluten free pizza had slid off the base during the delivery. We called Hell Pizza to let them know and they offered to make us a new pizza in exchange straight away. Shoutout to Caitlin for helping us out, absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service!

Order not what we ordered
Delivery driver didn't seem to care.
Dominoes $30 delivered in 20 minutes order bang on. Maybe doesn't taste as good but less than half the price for more food and good customer service and the order is correct.
Enough is enough with hells newlands.
Used to be great but after getting sick from their food once then constant mistakes it's time to take that money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my word! Probably the best pizza that I've had in a very long time. A decent amount of toppings. One of the few places that don't have an issue with exchanging toppings.
And finally, when asking for hot, it was properly hot.
The gluten-free base was perfect.
If you want your taste buds teased and you're in the mood for a great pizza, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make some great pizzas here and have a dine-in option although takeaway seems like the more popular option. The place wasn't very busy when we visited. Staff were good in terms of following the Level 2 guidelines.
