★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't very tasty and when they brought over the pizza, before we even saw the pizza, we got told that the reason it was burnt was because we asked for no mushrooms. Seemed strange to be blamed when we hadn't even complained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken demon & Mischief, chicken demon pasta was without chicken & seasoning seriously no salt at all. Pizza asked with olives & fresh chillies sorry can't see any olives & chillies. First I thought will speak them on phone says it's open but no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m shocked. The staff named Mackyla was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was yelling. I went to take my order. The side door was open. I entered and within few seconds realised they are not allowing people to enter. I asked the salesperson and he confirmed and I went outside. This rude salsa person came in and starting yelling l. I was shocked as I was already outside. The other sales person asked her to go inside, said sorry she is not her in senses. I told him I’m already outside . He said I’ll talk to her and she should not have behaved like this, I know you are not at fault. I don’t think she should be into a service industry when you don’t know how to talk. If you are not happy with your job, change it. It’s Hell’s responsibility to hire people who knows how to talk to customer. Pathetic service, literally unbelievable and horrifying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzas were quite soggy and the chicken wings were luke warm, not even crispy skin, barely just cooked. Corn nuggets tasted like freezer burn, one of the pizza slices were missing its topping completely. Hamilton is always a 5 star experience and we regularly order for more than 10 years, Rotorua... Not so great.
