β β β β β Guy who served us both wasnβt listening to us and charged us without confirming the order. He got it wrong and when we asked to correct it he said they were sold out. So we just got a refund. Then he walked away without acknowledging the mistake.

β β β β β An interesting theme for a pizza place! This outlet is different from most other pizza outlets I have been to. Found their pizzas to be really good, though the price is a bit on the higher side. They have very good vegetarian options as well as dairy-free and gluten-free options. I had been here many times and on every occasion, the staff were responsive and courteous. Though the store has a good number of seats, I always found people choosing the take-away option.

β β β β β Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a delivery from riccarton hell to one street over from the store. The lasagna was cold and undercooked , they gave the wrong sauce and the driver was wearing a red bandana for a mask. The corn nuggets were good though. They sent a free gelato and a voucher for a free snack pizza however it was our friends birthday and our friend's ordered thier food AFTER ours and went and picked it up and were eating and we had to wait 1 hour. I rang three times to check on the order and they didn't know where it was as they don't track their drivers.

β β β β β My mother was told 20 minutes for her order. It took 40. Meanwhile our icecream melted in the car. Store was unkept, workers not wearing masks correctly. Pizza not worth the wait. Will not be coming back.
