β β β β β Riccarton office is so amazing. The staff there are so empathetic as well as sympathetic, really took the time to listen. I didn't have to say much really and the Manager really got what I was trying to say. Big ups to Riccarton WINZ ??

β β β β β No case manager here is trained to deal with mental health. I was told I "cant be that depressed if I could make it to my appointment" when they would terminate my benefit if I didnt and was also told to "just stop being so anxious". I went through 4 different case managers here, all equally incompetent and lacking in training.

β β β β β I think the manager of this branch should be aware of the rude behaviour that one of her employees is showing at the front desk. This employee is an old lady who is very angry and ill-mannered. Although this lady is old, she has not been given proper training on how to deal with the customer. All the customers who are going to WINZ are vulnerable people and need help. I think the manager of this branch should be responsible for the rude behaviour of her employees training them on how to deal with the vulnerable people politely.

Just going through a phase of Unfair Dismissal with an Australian Company here in Christchurch. Needed to clarify somethings. walked into the office, got a phone appointment. Was told someone will be in touch 48 hours, hasn't happened yet. Will give it another go.
