★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to up-grade to a bigger car that i picked up from Hertz Auckland airport as they had given away the highlander i had initially book. The staff in Hertz Tauranga on Elizabeth st were more than helpful to to let me drop car off there and up-grade aswell as change return date. Awesome customer service Tuaranga, kia ora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, if you're shopping for the cheapest car hire place in Tauranga, go somewhere else. But if you're wanting a decent hire car and people that really help you out then these guys are for you. We hired a SUV, but it wasn't big enough for us, so we had to return it and get a maxi cab. They made the whole process super easy to swap over - so helpful as i was in the middle of moving to the UK. They have plenty of different size cars,SUV'S, small hatches and vans but i would recommend reserving a hire car before you need it as these guys are busy. I took the insurance option for another $30/ day so i wouldn't have to pay any excess in case of an accident. The service makes up for the premium price you pay at Hertz.
