They checked over vehicle for damages, condition before taking vehicle, prepaid for km's (which i went over due to extra trips) found lisa to be helpful, returned vehicle clean and fully refuelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Went in to book for 15th of Nov for the day. Was offered to collect the day prior. I said we need it for Friday and can’t get it back until 5-6pm and it was confirmed ok if it was a bit later and shown the after hours lock box etc for the key. On moving day I was called to be told they had double booked and needed the truck back. I told him it was very stressful and I had only just finished unloading. I said I would do my best to be back 5-6 but again very stressful and if I did I would have to return early the heft morning unnecessarily. He asked how long to drive back so not interested. (Same person who showed me the after hours lock box which my mother witnessed). I was then called by Lisa at 5:30 as I was about to leave saying I said I would be back 5-6. I reminded her I said I would try my best and I was happy to pay for any extra in needed. (They had our card details). She told me the truck was 24 hours and was over due so I had enough by then (after being hassled while moving 5 beds up stairs etc). I told her I would never use their company again and Lisa said she would be absolutely happy with that. Don’t use this company if you don’t want a really full on moving day made even harder and triple check the paperwork as what they do and say are not the same when a potential extra booking comes in. Disgusting experience.
