★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, great staff including skilled doctors and nurses. Friendly and accomodating. Very modern building that is clean and tidy all the time.
unfortunately factors like the location of the clinic, waiting area is boring and does not have anything to occupy kids ( tv, cartoon, books , aquarium) makes this place less interesting than few other clinics around this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Hillmed health from good few years. Never had any problem all doctors, nurses and receptionist are so good. But very disappointed with new doctor Catherine Thomas. I had appointment with her twice and was so disappointing . She is hopeless. I think its better stay home instead of booking with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been attending this practice for about 12 years my main doctor is Cathy Alison shes always done an amazing job and goes above and beyond. I had a emergency appointment with the New doctor Catherine and she was really lovely as well
The nurses are amazing and have been the same the majority of my time at this clinic
The receptionist Wendy and Sue are lovely and and always make your feel welcomed
Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly They don’t have an appointment for a week with your GP, Once you get it then you have to be in waiting room for ages. Asked the receptionist how long will i have to wait another 15 minutes she replies after talking with the doctor.
Then you have to come back without seeing the doctor after waiting there for nearly 30 minutes. You should stop wasting patients time and enrolling new patients if you can handle the workload. DISAPPOINTMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mary Catherine Thomas is very incompetent. Don't book with her at any cost. She brushed off the procedure I wanted and then literally started searching up my problems and solution in front of me because she had no other ones herself. I've seen her multiple times now with each visit more disappointing then other.
Edit: I wanted to add that I've been to another doctor who actually discouraged me to use the medications she suggested because it only creates dependence! >:(

I’ve been through some chemo and the staff were so helpful and understanding and even came out to my car to give me the vaccination because my immunity was so low. Appreciate it very much. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and I can’t fault it, very friendly and lovely staff and excellent service.
