β β β β β Make sure when you buy there are two sets of keys, have the car checked by an AA inspector, and test drive them. They will not clean the car thoroughly especially interior. Employees not very courteous or friendly. Cheap means not very good service. They will not go out of their way to help. Inspect the car thoroughly do your due diligence before you take the car. They will not volunteer what is wrong with the car. Doesnβt feel that they are honest or they donβt know their cars very well. Iβve bought second had cars before and they are not the best people to get from. They have all these list of Inspection check - they even have a check okay on the cruise control when the car doesnβt have a cruise control. I assumed they are in NZ so their honest but questionable. When I looked at the car on test drive, the car didnβt have these big scratch marks but when we came to pay cash and pick up the car they said that was there already. My word against their word so itβs no use. I already gave them a down payment. The car was really dirty when I picked it up- inside and outside. Not pleasant dealing with them.

β β β β β We were not informed the car we bought was hit prior and was repaired not properly and unsafely, furthermore four wheels are not in same size, until it has been examed by a motor workshop recently. We will never come back and we will disclose to friends for the dishonored behavior of this car dealer.

β β β β β Utterly disappointed, we purchased a vehicle from them and apparently the KMs on the car were really low, we thought wow we got a great deal, they even warranted the car for 12 months, until when we went to get a warrant for the car we found out the KMs were probably rewinded some how, we had so many issues with the car. We had only driven the car to work each day and back which only came to around 15,000 KMs for the whole year. We ended up with over $3,000 worth of repairs on the car. The Brake Discs were completely worn out, we were lucky not to have a serious accident in the car. So before you buy from these guys it's best you get your own checks on the car first. Disgusting company!!!!

β β β β β Do not buy a car from this company! My daughter recently bought a car from them with a faulty battery. It has been three weeks that she has contacted the claims team about this and they have agreed to change it initially but then they have not responded to her calls or emails and she has not been able to use the car that she had spent so much time saving up for! Always make sure you buy your car from reliable people to avoid these problems. I will make sure my daughter takes this matter further as it is not ok to see dodgy people like this in NZ!

β β β β β Regret to have purchased a car which was on sale.Very rude and arrogant claims team staff(especially Christine who is supposedly the manager) Have been speaking with them almost everyday but no use. Do not waste your money .Not recommended at all.

β β β β β Zero star rating. Extremely bad claim service. They only know how sell after that they don't care. Not recommend to anyone and I will never buy again. 2 months ago a bought a car from them and I had a battery issue a normal battery and ISTOP battery. The ISTOP on dashboard keep blinking and I look at the battery was almost 3 years. one day cause my car a misfire the engine so much shaking and turn my engine light ON on dashboard.I made a claim and I've been told to go at autoshop to have a inspection and I went to AA they recommended to replaced the two batteries due to weak thought that cause of misfire. I show to them the inspection invoice and after 3 days told me to go there own service center and they will replace it. Arrived at location and guy took my car and bring inside, however I just stay outside because of level3 which is fine. What happen instead of replacing batteries they run check and they said the batteries fine and end up having discussions and arguments to manager and the batteries never been replace it such a waste of time to much hussle I've been dealing for 2 weeks with them end up nothing happen. Never ever buy a car with them.. Sorry very poor costumer claim service..

β β β β β My first time to buy a car from here and very disappointed they just want to sell it they won't service it. If you buy a car and something happens you can't claim it even just 2 days after you buy I will tell everyone Don't go there

β β β β β Looked at a few cars here, test drove one. Unable to supply Japanese auction sheet and made it clear that I would not be able to back out of the purchase should the pre-purchase inspection surface any issues. A clear indication of how any issues would be treated, so decided not to purchase here.
"But it's cheap", said the staff member. Plenty of other cars around the same price point.
When I requested within the timeframe for my refundable deposit to be refunded to my card they asked me to send a copy of my driver license. Refused - no one has ever asked me this for a refund back to the original payment method.
Staff was friendly enough and refund was received swiftly so added one star, but would be hesitant to purchase here also considering other reviews.
