β β β β β I lost my cat recently and we had been to this vet quite a few times as she was old and sickly. Hobsonville Vet Clinic is really the best vet I have been to. Their staff are so kind and compassionate and I cannot thank you enough for your support <3 Especially Gayle and Claire.

β β β β β Lovely receptionist, and usually great service. Unfortunately they have decided to support discrimination and segregation and not allow anyone inside the building who refuses to use the insidious "vax pass", with no evidence based rational as to why. They are however happy for clients to wait in their sweltering car and consult over the phone. Was left waiting over 30 mins today due to a delay. I will be seeking a new vet who does not support medical apartheid.

β β β β β Amazing service so far! Open and honest about things while not being pushy about treatments. My bengal is on the smaller side due to being so active and has "bengal nose" and they were very helpful in suggesting meal plans for him and suggested a natural approach to his nose care rather than medicating which is really appreciated. Plus when I needed to take him to the emergency vet they called the next working day to see how he was doing and if I needed to bring him in for a check up. As an anxious pet mum that simple act made me feel supported. Would 100% recommend.
Only downside would be that the waiting room is quite small so if you have an anxious animal best not to go earlier than your appointment.

β β β β β Had to take my colleague's dog to the vet as he was isolating with Covid. Given the dog did not know me he did not respond to any of my commands and was a bit of a handful. The team however was very helpful and understanding and helped a lot distracting the dog.

You looked after my fur baby you called me twice during the surgery and than called me two days after to check up on her. The extra touches make you stand out way above the rest. So appreciate how professional and caring to my dog and to our family.
