★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vet's and Vet Nurses at Care Vets in Te Atatu were great when I visited with my unwell Kitten. I was reassured when there and also on what to do by the time I left. I didn't have to wait too long to see the Vet. Lastly the bill wasn't has much as I had thought it was going to be - so that was a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely happy with the care and service provided by the staff at CareVets. They look after Poppet extremely well especially since she can be a demanding customer who doesn't really like going to the vet. They are understanding and caring. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young man I dealt with over the phone after the passing our loved Ice was kind, patient and professional. He did not rush me and was very empathic. When we arrived later that afternoon he knew exactly who I was and his colleague was swift and also empathetic. When we picked up our loved Ice 2 days later I was presented with a beautiful rimu box and the young lady offered her condolences. Thank you all at CareVets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my cat, due to his age, had to undergo a risky medical procedure during one of our recent lock downs, the vet went out of his way to make sure that they had a plan in place to counteract every risk that could come up. Needless to say my cat came through the op with no complications! I have been a client with them for a number of years and I have always found them to be caring and always ready to do their best to help your pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first off I've found them to be changing their vets quite frequently and then there's the problem of trying to get them to answer the phone but go back earlier this year my doggie got sick and I had to rush her to the vet when she had started to take a turn for the worst. She was put on fluids and because it was late in the day I was told she'd have to go to after hours for more fluids and stay the night however the next day when I collected her from the after hours they told me how well she'd done on her minor sprain on a back leg and they knew nothing about fluids etc because the vet did not forward it on so this unnecessary overnight visit cost me an additional $500+. Now today I was waiting in my car due to covid restrictions while I watched others come and be seen before me (with the exception of one emergency that was before me) when I asked on why I hadn't been seen the lady rudely told me "because it's not your turn" actually my turn had been 20min before. Now I've been going here for years as I trusted my old care vets Hamilton but to be fair I've never really been satisfied with this place. Sorry but I will be taking my 5 furbabies somewhere else from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve only had our cat for a few months so when she got sick we were relieved to have somewhere to take her close by. She was very much looked after, Great staff who kept us informed of every process. During lockdown they were very professional and followed all of the correct procedures.
