★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat had to send to the Animal Emergency, and the Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialists team are fantastic, the reception team went extra miles to help me for the application with Petfunders loan (a payment option they didn't do in the past) but they really trying to help the pet owners, so my cat was able to get the treatment done with a timely manner. They are awesome!! The doctor is very professional and with everything in writing and the medication doctor spoke slowly enough for me to understand what's the situation with their suggestions.
I really appreciate VIM and Animal Emergency team's help and looked after my baby cat.
